Our posture
- Company-level identification only. We resolve visitor IPs to companies — we do not identify individual people, buy identity-graph data, or track visitors across the web.
- Email is captured only when a visitor chooses to share it in conversation.
- Conversation data belongs to the tenant it came from. Every record is isolated per customer at the database level.
- PII is scrubbed from logs sent to model providers.
